Valves & Air Lines

All inflatable seals require pressurized medium of either air, water, or oil in order to inflate a bladder or inflatable seal. Multiple types of air valves and fittings are available for inflatable seals:

Flexible tubes, metal fittings, threaded fittings, and tube to metal fittings are available.

Please specify the thread type, ID of air inlet, and length of valve. Drawings are suggested. Although there are no setup charges for custom metal fittings, because valves are custom manufactured, there may be raw materials procurement costs.
  Customer Supplied
Customers can supply their own fittings if they desire, which may result in lower overall costs. In most bolt in valve cases, there are no setup charges for custom valves. In cases where the valve must be molded into the seal, there may be a tooling charge. Please consult with a Weiler engineer to discuss the possibility of supplying your own valves.
