Most retainers are made from extruded aluminum profiles. Other materials will require extra time for setup.

In most cases a simple u-channel fabricated into your equipment will suffice to retain an inflatable seal or bladder. Adhesives can also be used to secure a seal. Call Weiler about recommendations as to which adhesives will work best for your application.
